My Approach

Event planning is a fun and creative project management role. While an Event Planner is not a caterer, decor company, DJ or florist, the responsibilities include bringing vendors that fulfill the client’s needs to the table, and overseeing the selected vendors to produce an outstanding event. If additional services are needed, such as building centerpiece arrangements, these services will be assessed and billed at an additional cost.

Planning & Coordination
Ideally, our collaboration begins 6-10 months prior to your special day. My team and I will assist in researching and selecting the ideal venue, caterer, decor, and entertainment for your event. We’ll meticulously craft the event timeline and floor plan, ensuring seamless communication with all vendors. Additionally, we’ll coordinate any personal decor and other reception essentials to enhance your event.
One to Three Months Before
As the big day approaches, my team will coordinate and accompany you to the final walk-through with vendors, making adjustments to the timeline as needed and serving as a liaison between you and all vendors involved.
Event Day

On your special day, your focus should be on celebrating with loved ones; leave the details to us! Our team will meet all vendors at the venue, ensuring everything is set up according to plan. We’ll take care of setting up any guest books or personal items you provide. In the event of unexpected mishaps, rest assured, we’re here to solve any issues that arise, allowing you to enjoy your day worry-free.
