My Approach

Event planning is a dynamic and creative project management role. While Event Planners don’t directly provide catering, decor, DJ services, or floral arrangements, they are responsible for curating a team of skilled vendors who can fulfill the client’s vision. By overseeing these selected vendors, Event Planners ensure the seamless execution of exceptional events.

Planning & Coordination

Ideally, we’ll start collaborating 6-10 months before your special day. My team and I will help you research and select the perfect venue, caterer, decor, and entertainment. We’ll then meticulously craft a detailed timeline and floor plan to ensure seamless communication with all vendors. Finally, we’ll coordinate any personal touches or additional reception needs to elevate your event.

One to Three Months Before

As your special day draws near, my team will be by your side. We’ll coordinate and accompany you to the final walk-through with your chosen vendors, making any necessary adjustments to the timeline and ensuring seamless communication between you and all parties involved. This hands-on approach guarantees a stress-free and enjoyable experience, allowing you to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration.

Event Day

On your special day, focus on celebrating with loved ones – we’ll handle the rest! Our team will meet with all vendors at the venue to ensure everything is set up flawlessly. We’ll also take care of setting up any guest books or personal items you provide. Should any unexpected issues arise, we’ll be there to swiftly resolve them, allowing you to enjoy your day without worry.
